Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chinese Chef in daily food preparation and cooking
  • Wash, peel, chop, and marinate vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
  • Prepare sauces, stocks, and condiments as per recipes
  • Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and hygienic
  • Assist in plating and presentation of dishes under Chefs guidance
  • Follow kitchen safety and hygiene protocols strictly
  • Help in inventory management and basic stock handling

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Passion for cooking, especially Chinese cuisine
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
  • Team player with a positive attitude
