Chinese Cuisine Chef Helper / Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Chinese Cuisine Chef Helper to assist our Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Chinese dishes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, willing to learn, and able to maintain hygiene and efficiency in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chinese Chef in daily food preparation and cooking.
• Wash, peel, chop, and marinate vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
• Prepare sauces, stocks, and condiments as per recipes.
• Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and hygienic.
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes under Chefs guidance.
• Follow kitchen safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
• Help in inventory management and basic stock handling.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Passion for cooking, especially Chinese cuisine.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina for long working hours in the kitchen.
