Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Commis Chef located in Navi Mumbai. The Chinese Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Daily tasks include food preparation, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the kitchen team in the successful execution of dishes. The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Preparation and adherence to Hygiene standards to ensure the quality and safety of dishes.
- Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills, particularly in Chinese cuisine, with attention to flavor and presentation.
- Good Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and coordinate kitchen operations.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
