We are seeking a highly skilled Chinese Chef to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves designing and preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, from menu planning to presentation. The chef will oversee ingredient selection, quality control, and kitchen operations to maintain high standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring food safety protocols, managing inventory, and training kitchen staff as needed.

• Proficiency in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, with expertise in various techniques, ingredients, and regional flavors
• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and inventory management
• Leadership and team management skills to supervise and train kitchen staff
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovating unique culinary experiences
• Formal culinary education or relevant certifications in Chinese cuisine are preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly advantageous
