Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chinese Chef/Cook for a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The role requires preparing a variety of traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes, designing menus, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. The chef will oversee kitchen operations, supervise food preparation staff, manage ingredients and inventory, and ensure timely delivery of meals meeting the highest culinary standards. Collaboration with the broader team to create exceptional dining experiences is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing a variety of Chinese cuisines, maintaining authentic flavors, and creating innovative dishes.
• Experience with menu planning, meal presentation, and harmonizing flavor profiles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
• Skills in inventory management, ingredient selection, and kitchen efficiency practices.
• Ability to lead teams, train staff, and work effectively in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
• Formal training in culinary arts or prior experience as a Chinese chef in a professional kitchen is highly preferred.
