Position: Government Social Worker Specialist
Type:Independent Contractor
Compensation:$65$80/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:6 weeks
Commitment:2040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world social work with children, families, and schools based on professional experience.
- Create realistic situations involving case management, crisis intervention, safety assessments, family counseling, and IEP meetings.
- Develop scenarios for home visits, coordinating with child protective services, developing treatment plans, navigating foster care systems, managing mandated reporting, and collaborating with schools, courts, and community agencies.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to social work queries for accuracy and professional standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on child, family, and school social work scenarios to improve AI training.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience as a social worker in government agencies, public schools, child welfare services, or family services.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
Preferred
- 14 years experience preferred.
Start Date

Compensation & Legal
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
- Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
