Child Psychiatrist (Consultant) The Cub, New Delhi

The Cub is a child and adolescent development centre based in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi. We work with neurodivergent children and their families across assessment, therapy, and skill-building. Our team is small, multidisciplinary, and serious about the work.

We are looking for an experienced Child Psychiatrist to work with us as a consultant.

The Role

We have built a strong multidisciplinary team psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists who work closely together on complex neurodevelopmental cases. What we are missing is a trusted psychiatric voice. Someone we can bring cases to, think alongside, and refer families to when the clinical picture calls for it.

This is a consultancy arrangement, and we are open to shaping it around the right person.

What This Could Look Like

• Psychiatric assessments for neurodivergent children and adolescents referred by our team
• Consultation on complex or diagnostically unclear cases
• Medication initiation and monitoring where clinically indicated
• Joining family feedback sessions for cases within your scope
• Liaising with paediatricians and neurologists where needed

Who We Are Looking For

• MD Psychiatry with a child and adolescent focus, and MCI / NMC registration in good standing
• 8+ years of experience, with a substantial portion working with neurodivergent children
• Someone who is as comfortable talking to a family as they are reading a psychometric report
• A clinician who wants to be part of something collaborative not a referral destination, but a genuine thinking partner
