About The Role:
The Visual Storytelling, Merchandising & Experience Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and maintaining immersive in-store experiences across all Foodstories locations.
This role blends creativity with structure — you will be both a creator and custodian of the brand's visual and sensory identity, ensuring every store delivers a consistent yet ever-evolving experience.
What You Will Own
1. Build Monthly Store Experiences
2. Own the 5-Sense Experience
Design and implement experiences across:
Ensure every visit is rich, layered, and memorable.
3. Drive Everyday Visual Merchandising Excellence
4. Build Systems & Playbooks
Develop clear and scalable VM guidelines, including:
Define what great looks like to ensure consistency
Create simple, practical systems for store teams to execute daily
5. Train & Elevate Store Teams
Train store teams on VM fundamentals and brand sensibility
Build ownership of in-store displays at the team level
Conduct:
Goal: Every team member becomes a custodian of detail and aesthetics.
6. Monitor & Audit Store Execution
Conduct regular store audits to assess:
Identify gaps and take corrective action
Balance high standards with hands-on support
7. Keep Stores Dynamic
Refresh displays weekly (or more frequently)
Adapt to:
Ensure stores always feel alive and evolving
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Bridge conceptual thinking with execution on the floor.
