XEBO is Looking for:

The CTO will be responsible for driving the overall technology vision and execution at Xebo.ai. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, people leadership, and experience building scalable SaaS and AI-driven platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience leading engineering organizations, building enterprise-grade products, scaling technology infrastructure, and driving innovation in high-growth startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives and product strategy.
• Lead innovation across AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  
  

Engineering & Architecture

• Oversee the design, development, scalability, and reliability of the Xebo.ai platform.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable and secure enterprise SaaS applications.
• Ensure high system availability, performance optimization, and platform security.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform
  
  

modernization initiatives.

AI & Product Innovation

• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Guide the development and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and customer experience technologies.
• Ensure scalability and responsible AI implementation practices.
  
  

Team Leadership & Culture

• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Hire and develop top engineering talent across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and AI functions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams.
  
  

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery planning. Implement governance frameworks for technology operations and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, infrastructure costs, and technology budgeting.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, and data-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and DevOps.
• Experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer experience (CX), survey, or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with microservices architecture and scalable cloud-native systems.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations and data security frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-led development.
