Job Description

Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives and product strategy.
• Lead innovation across AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage. Engineering & Architecture
• Oversee the design, development, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable and secure enterprise SaaS applications.
• Ensure high system availability, performance optimization, and platform security.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform modernization initiatives. AI & Product Innovation
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Guide the development and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and customer experience technologies.
• Ensure scalability and responsible AI implementation practices. Team Leadership & Culture
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Hire and develop top engineering talent across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and AI functions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams. Security, Compliance & Governance
• Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement governance frameworks for technology operations and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, infrastructure costs, and technology budgeting. Cross-Functional & Customer Impact
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand critical customer/technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Represent technology to customers, prospects, and partners during enterprise deals, RFPs, and security reviews.
• Act as a key member of the leadership team driving Xebo.ai's next phase of growth across India, UAE/GCC, and North America. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field from tier-1 institute
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.
• Experience in Series A+ funded companies in leadership role.
• Proven experience in Technology companies will be preferred
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, and data-driven products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to innovate and lead the technology and product vertical
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and DevOps.
• Experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in organizational data synthesis, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with microservices architecture and scalable cloud-native systems.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations and data security frameworks.
