Job Purpose

We are seeking an experience Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and direction. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our technology roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the alignment of technology with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable service models (cloud-native, AI, automation)

Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the development of new ideas and solutions.

Manage the technology budget, ensuring effective cost management and ROI

Lead technical teams and enable best-in-class delivery

Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and oversee compliance

Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business insights, improve decision-making, and optimize operations.

Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Experience

15+ years of experience in technology leadership role at enterprise level

Education

Required: Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical

certifications in technology leadership Team software development

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Tech friendly
