Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali district for the Chief Technology Officer position. The CTO will lead the company's technology strategy, oversee software development, and ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. Responsibilities include managing technology teams, developing and executing IT strategies, driving innovation in product development, and designing technical architecture to support the company's objectives. The CTO will collaborate closely with leadership and various stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and expertise in creating robust, scalable systems
• Strong experience in Project Management with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• In-depth knowledge and experience in IT Strategy and Architecture to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Proven accomplishments in Product Development, with a focus on innovation and market competitiveness
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across departments
• Prior experience in the recruitment industry or with startups/SMEs is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
