Role & Responsibilities
This is a role for a hands-on technology leader who can balance near-term delivery velocity with long-term vision partnering closely with the CPO to make the product roadmap future-ready.
What You Will Deliver-
- Cloud-Native Platform Execution: Lead the migration of on-prem customers to a single, scalable, multi-tenant cloud architecture.
- Scalability for Growth: Design infrastructure and architecture that can handle 10 scale in users, data, and transactions.
- Technology Roadmap: Forward-looking architecture roadmap that aligns with the 35 year product vision including API ecosystem, integrations, and data/AI capabilities.
- Reliability & Quality: Reduce production issues, improve platform stability success measured by uptime, latency, and customer experience.
- Tech Organization Maturity: Build, structure, and mentor the technology team into a high-velocity, metrics-driven organisation.
