Key Responsibilities
Technology & AI Strategy
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide technology vision with a strong focus on AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation.
- Build a roadmap to embed AI across digital customer journeys, including conversational AI, voice AI, predictive analytics, and self-service platforms.
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance Digital CX, Tech Support, and engineering-led solutions.
Digital Transformation & Engineering Excellence
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Digital CX and Tech Support ecosystems with an AI-first approach.
- Drive engineering excellence across application development, platform engineering, and product-led innovation.
- Establish innovation frameworks, COEs, and labs to accelerate adoption of next-gen technologies.
- Lead modernization initiatives including cloud-native transformation, API-led architectures, and microservices.
Platform & Architecture Leadership
- Oversee enterprise architecture ensuring scalability, interoperability, and resilience across digital platforms.
- Build robust data and AI platforms to enable advanced analytics, real-time decisioning, and intelligent automation.
- Ensure strong governance across cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Business & Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology strategy with growth, client needs, and service innovation.
- Engage with clients as a technology thought leader, driving solutioning for Digital CX, Tech Support, and engineering engagements.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams in crafting differentiated, AI-led solutions.
AI & Data Enablement
- Build and scale high-performing teams in AI/ML, data engineering, and advanced analytics.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI use cases such as intelligent automation, predictive insights, sentiment analysis, and digital assistants.
- Establish frameworks for responsible AI, governance, and ethical deployment.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead global technology and engineering teams across digital, data, and IT functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
- Build next-generation capabilities in AI, cloud, and digital engineering.
Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Manage strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, AI platforms, and technology providers.
- Drive build vs. buy decisions and optimize technology investments for scalability and innovation.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 20+ years in technology leadership roles, with experience as CTO / Head of Technology or at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of leading AI-led and digital transformation programs at scale.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data engineering, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience in Digital CX platforms, customer engagement technologies, and tech support ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into tangible business outcomes.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
