We are seeking an experienced Chief Software Architect to lead the technical strategy and system architecture of a cloud-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) SaaS platform. The role requires strong expertise in building scalable multi-tenant SaaS products, modern cloud infrastructure, and healthcare technology systems. The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to design secure, high-performance solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare data regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines architecture ownership with active involvement in engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technology roadmap aligned with product and business goals
• Design scalable cloud-native architecture on AWS for a multi-tenant SaaS EMR platform
• Develop backend systems using Python frameworks and modern frontend using React.js
• Build secure APIs, integration frameworks, and interoperability layers
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare regulations
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving Agile development
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security standards
