We are looking for a powerhouse Chief Sales Officer to transform our sales function from a founder-led effort into a scalable, process-driven machine. You will be responsible for the entire revenue lifecycle-from hunting new logos in the IT Services space to expanding our footprint within the staffing ecosystem of Fortune 500 companies and Indian tech giants.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and Architecture: Build and lead a multi-tier sales hierarchy (Inside Sales, Hunters, and Account Managers).
- Market Penetration: Open doors at the CXO level within GCCs, Product Firms, and Tier-1 IT Service providers.
- Service Excellence: Sell a mix of Professional Services, Managed Tasks, and Strategic Staffing (Contract/Permanent).
- Sales Ops and Tech: Implement and enforce CRM discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot). We value data over gut feelings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment/Delivery Head to ensure the Supply (Candidates) matches the Demand (Sales pipeline).
- Ownership: Should be able to act as a cofounder and take ownership to manage sales P& L and maximize profitability.
Requirements
- The Pedigree: 12-18 years of experience in IT Staffing/Services. You've likely been a Top Biller who moved into leadership.
- The Network: A warm Rolodex of HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CTOs across India and/or the US/EMEA. Should have exposure to attend large-scale networking events and/or be an active spokesperson.
- Staffing Mastery: Deep understanding of Bill Rates, Pay Rates, Gross Margins, and the legalities of Indian labor compliance.
- Analytical Mindset: You manage by metrics (Yield per Lead, Conversion Ratios, and Client LTV).
You Need
- Min. 10+ yrs experience in IT Services / IT Consulting sales.
- Strong CXO connections and enterprise selling expertise.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Hunter mindset with the ability to sell complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
