Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The CSO will oversee the sales strategy, lead and manage the sales operations, build and guide the sales team, and ensure revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing robust sales plans, managing key client relationships, fostering partnerships, and mentoring the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and Team Management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to a dynamic startup culture
  • A minimum of a Diploma and or Experience in business, marketing, or a related field; a degree is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or related industries is an advantage
