One of our renowned Real Estate clients is seeking a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) to provide strategic leadership across all sales, marketing, and CRM functions. The successful candidate will focus on driving revenue growth and brand equity for large-scale, multi-phase township developments. We are looking for a visionary leader capable of integrating diverse product offeringsresidential, commercial, and plotted developmentsinto a compelling township lifestyle narrative.
Responsibilities:-
Revenue & Cash Flow: Execute strategies to hit aggressive annual sales and liquidity targets.
Phased Launch Strategy: Manage the sales mix across residential (plots/luxury/mid-market) and commercial phases to ensure steady absorption.
Dynamic Pricing: Align pricing and inventory release with infrastructure and township development milestones.
Channel Management: Lead a high-performance network of national and international brokers and partners.
Lifestyle Branding: Position the township as a Work-Live-Play ecosystem rather than just real estate.
Lead Generation: Direct multi-channel campaigns (Digital, ATL/BTL) to drive high-quality site traffic.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements, regulations, and buyer trends to guide product design.
Sales Journey: Oversee the Experience Center and sample units to ensure premium brand positioning.
Post-Sales & CRM: Manage the end-to-end journey from booking to possession and community building.
Financial Discipline: Optimize the A&P budget to maintain a low Cost of Acquisition (COA).
Tech Enablement: Utilize CRM (Salesforce/SAP) for data-driven pipeline management and reporting.
