Job Description

  • Data Management and Updates:
  • Check and update the Company's Site Master system daily for accurate project data.
  • Maintain and update the DDE Document Manager on the intranet site with any document changes.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data updates for both the Company's Site Master and DDE Document Manager.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Submit weekly project update reports to management.
  • Maintain compliance with project timelines and specifications in all records.
  • Financial Tracking and Budget Management:
  • Monitor project costs by updating the Company's Site Master with accurate expenditure data.
  • Ensure timely approval of financial aspects in the Consumption Report, submitting within specified deadlines.
  • Track budget adherence for each project phase and provide monthly updates on cost versus budget.
  • Analyze and report variances between estimated and actual project expenses monthly, identifying causes and potential savings.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Maintain accurate records of financial data entries in the DDE Document Manager, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for accurate recording of expenses related to design changes and material adjustments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs align with project requirements.

Must have skills

  • Project BOM preparation (As per BOQ, SOR or DSR)
  • Quantity Survey/Analysis
  • Preparing Project timeline
  • Project related documentation
  • Physical Verification of RA Bills
  • Audit of civil work
  • Vendor negotiation
