This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes and efficient internal practices. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans, managing operational workflows, analyzing financial and operational data, optimizing budgets, and fostering organizational growth. The COO will play a crucial role in aligning the company's goals with its operational and financial strategies, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve success.

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, trends, and opportunities for optimization
• Comprehensive experience in Finance, including budgeting and financial management
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities to guide teams and drive business growth
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial or investment industry is an advantage
