The COO exists to:

  • Own daily operations end-to-end
  • Build and enforce systems
  • Drive accountability across teams
  • Free the CEO to focus on growth, partnerships, and capital
ROLE OVERVIEW

The COO is the execution backbone of CureAble.

You will build, run, and scale operations across:

  • Home therapy
  • Centre-based therapy
  • School & hospital partnerships
  • Therapist supply chains
  • Multi-city expansion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Operations Ownership
  • Own daily operations across all verticals
  • Ensure smooth therapist deployment & session continuity
  • Eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Maintain service quality while scaling volume
2. Process & Systems
  • Create, document, and enforce SOPs
  • Build automation around:
  • Attendance
  • Payments
  • Reporting
  • Parent communication
  • Reduce founder dependency via systems
3. People & Accountability
  • Own hiring execution (non-clinical roles)
  • Set KPIs for managers & teams
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Handle underperformance and exits decisively
4. Financial & Metrics Discipline
  • Monitor unit economics
  • Track churn, LTV, margins, and capacity utilization
  • Control operational costs
  • Submit weekly ops dashboards to CEO
5. Scale & Expansion Readiness
  • Prepare operations for:
  • New centres
  • Hospital CDC setups
  • Franchise models
  • Ensure scalability without chaos
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

  • Not a co-CEO role
WHO SHOULD APPLYMust-Have
  • 510 years of operational leadership experience
  • Managed teams of 40+ people
  • Built systems in chaotic, fast-growing environments
  • Strong execution bias
  • Comfortable taking hard calls
Good-to-Have
  • Healthcare / service industry exposure
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or ops automation
  • IIT / IIM or equivalent background

COMPENSATION
  • 50,000 60,000 / month
  • 34% Equity (ESOP)
  • 4-year vesting
