Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and drive end-to-end operations of the organization at both our Head Office and our Vizag branch. The ideal candidate will bring 1525 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector, having handled key functions such as operations, administration, project execution, and cross-functional coordination.

The COO will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, identifying operational bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and enabling seamless coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all projects and business functions
  • Ensure smooth execution of residential projects from planning to delivery
  • Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and productivity across the organization

Process Optimization & Efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in existing processes
  • Design and implement improved workflows, SOPs, and best practices
  • Continuously monitor and enhance operational performance metrics

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between departments including projects, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and procurement
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams
  • Resolve inter-departmental challenges and drive collaborative decision-making

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and regulatory requirements
  • Support teams in resolving on-ground execution challenges

Administration & Governance

  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational functioning
  • Establish policies, controls, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Work closely with the leadership team to drive business strategy and expansion plans
  • Provide insights for scaling operations and entering new markets
  • Support land acquisition and project feasibility from an operational perspective

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional operational teams
  • Drive accountability, performance, and a culture of excellence
  • Ensure proper delegation and leadership development across departments

Key Requirements

  • Qualification: Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
  • Experience: 1525 years in real estate or ex-service with exposure to multiple functions such as operations, administration, and project management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end real estate development lifecycle
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale residential projects
  • Experience in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive coordination across multiple departments and locations
