Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will lead marketplace growth, hotel supply expansion, and operational excellence for MyTravaly in India. The role focuses on scaling hotel partnerships, improving marketplace performance, and ensuring seamless traveler experiences.

This position works directly with the CEO to execute growth strategy and scale operations nationally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Growth

• Drive rapid hotel onboarding across India

• Build regional supply teams in key cities

• Identify high-potential travel markets and destinations

• Increase active listings and hotel participation

2. Revenue & Partnerships

• Build strong partnerships with hotel groups, travel associations, and tourism boards

• Lead negotiations with large hotel chains and property groups

• Develop revenue growth strategies for the marketplace

3. Operations Leadership

• Oversee hotel onboarding, partner success, and customer support

• Ensure high service quality for travelers and hotel partners

• Improve operational processes and efficiency

4. Team Leadership

• Build and lead teams across:

• Hotel supply acquisition

• Partner success

• Customer support

• Marketplace operations

• Establish clear KPIs and performance systems

5. Data-Driven Growth

• Monitor marketplace metrics:

• Hotel acquisition rate

• Booking conversion

• Host retention

• Revenue growth
