  • Lead & motivate employees to meet or surpass organisational and Revenue goals
  • Excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics
  • Responsible for all statutory compliances
  • Instrumental in defining & streamlining systems and processes in the organization
  • for smooth functioning & ensuring strict adherence to the same
  • Responsible for policy decision making with the Chairman & Directors for ensuring
