Chief Operating Officer, CBG PLANTS

Starkyred Logistics LLP is building acentralized execution platformfor multi-SPVCompressed Biogas (CBG)projects across India.

We are hiring aCOO Project Executionto ownend-to-end deliveryof CBG plantsfrom land readiness to COD to stabilizationacross multiple SPVs.

This isnota plant manager role.

This is aplatform-scale execution leadership rolewith full ownership oftime, cost, risk, and delivery.

• Own execution frompre-construction EPC COD post-COD stabilization
• Deliver projectson time, within CAPEX, and lender-ready
• Act as single-point accountability for execution outcomes

• Coordinate and control EPCs, OEMs, and contractors
• Enforce milestone-based execution and payment discipline
• Prevent scope creep, delays, and cost overruns

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly execution MIS
• Ensure dashboards for progress, risks, delays, and corrective actions
• Buildprocess-driven execution, not people-dependent operations

• Oversee Napier / agri-feedstock readiness and yield assurance
• Align agronomy, harvesting, and logistics with plant ramp-up
• Build redundancy to ensure365-day uninterrupted operations

• Coordinate with consultants for statutory approvals
• Ensure readiness for GAIL / OMC offtake, safety audits, and inspections
• Zero tolerance for last-minute compliance firefighting

• Work closely with Finance & FAD teams on:
• CAPEX control
• Vendor payments
• Subvention & subsidy readiness
• Protect DSCR and investor capital at all times

• Lead project managers, MIS heads, site engineers, and local execution staff
• Set execution culture: accountability, documentation, discipline
• Scale execution capability across multiple SPVs

• 1020+ years inindustrial project execution
• Experience inbiogas / bioenergy / chemicals / oil & gas / large infrastructure
• Proven delivery of100500+ Cr projects
• Strong EPC, vendor, and contractor control capability
• Comfortable with field execution and decision-making under pressure

• Experience withmulti-site or platform-scale projects
• Exposure toPLC/SCADA, automation, or MIS-driven execution
• Prior COO / Head of Projects / Execution Director background
• Ability to work with promoters, lenders, and investors directly

• Not a desk-only corporate role
• Not a pure plant operations role
• Not a consulting or advisory position
