Role Overview: The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the leadership team at TheHireHub.AI, driving high-impact initiatives that shape the company's growth trajectory. This role will be central to translating product, revenue, and go-to-market strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring alignment across business functions, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a deep interest in technology-led businesses, particularly in AI and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to conceptualize, plan, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with TheHireHub.AI's product growth and market expansion goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market, product, and competitive research across AI, SaaS, and HRTech ecosystems to generate actionable insights.
  • Structure and track key cross-functional initiatives including product launches, GTM strategies, and revenue operations.
  • Act as a thought partner by analyzing business performance, product adoption metrics, and pipeline data to drive informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support strategic planning for key accounts, partnerships, and enterprise deals.
  • Manage sensitive business and product-related information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Anticipate strategic challenges and emerging opportunities in the AI and hiring ecosystem, proactively advising leadership on potential actions.

What Are We Looking For:

Skills:

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing leadership-level presentations and strategic documents.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work across diverse teams including product, sales, and operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with data tools, CRM platforms, or analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • High level of ownership, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive business information.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role, Founder's Office, strategy consulting, or a similar strategic role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI products, HRTech, or technology-driven startups is strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, or product-led growth environments is an advantage.
