Role Overview
The
Chief of Staff will closely support the
COO in managing day-to-day priorities, calendar coordination, and execution of key initiatives. This role acts as an
execution partner and coordination anchor, ensuring smooth information flow, timely follow-ups, and effective delivery of projects across teams.
This position is ideal for a
high-potential professional early in their career, looking to gain exposure to senior leadership, operations, and cross-functional project execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Coordination
- Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, and schedules to ensure effective time management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes of meetings (MoMs).
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure closure.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine communications to the COO.
Project & Delivery Coordination
- Support execution of operational and strategic initiatives driven by the COO.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure timely status updates.
- Flag risks, delays, and dependencies proactively.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Coordinate with functional teams on behalf of the COO for updates and follow-ups.
- Support leadership meetings by consolidating inputs and preparing summaries.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication across stakeholders.
Operational Support & Reporting
- Assist in preparing MIS, dashboards, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
- Collate data, track KPIs, and support basic analysis.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and operational discipline across assigned initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Operations, or related fields
- Prior experience in executive support, operations, program coordination, or PMO roles
- Exposure to working with senior leadership is a plus
