For a leading retail client, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO on business performance, strategic priorities, and cross-functional execution.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and driving measurable outcomes.
Role Scope:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on business performance and key decisions
- Translate business data into clear priorities and action plans
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across functions
- Ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through at the leadership level
- Bring rigor to planning, reviews, and governance mechanisms
Ideal Profile:
- 35 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, or CEO's Office roles
- MBA/Engineering from a reputed institute
- Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership, planning discipline, and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Retail/consumer experience preferred
