Job Description

  • High impact strategic role working closely with the Chairman.
  • Liaise with CXOs & global stakeholders for business strategy and operations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman on business, governance, and stakeholder matters.
  • Collaborate with CXOs, promoters, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
  • Lead preparation of board presentations, investor communications, and strategic reports.
  • Oversee commercial negotiations, supplier onboarding, and vendor contracting.
  • Track compliance, governance standards, taxation structures, and infosec ratings across global operations.
  • Monitor contract expiries, risks, and adherence to legal and operational frameworks.
  • Support international operations with expertise in taxation and regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles within promoter-led organizations, Big 4 consulting, or multi-sector business groups-FMCG, manufacturing, services or technology.
  • They will possess exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, drive outcomes, and operate with utmost confidentiality.
  • A strong business acumen and the agility to adapt across industries are essential.
