Our current portfolio includes:

• Hey Recruiting a global talent placement firm helping US, UK, and EU companies hire top offshore professionals.
• Magma Consultancy a white-label marketing and content agency working with 55+ agencies worldwide.
• Stealth Software a small but growing SaaS business focused on internal tools and automation.

We're now looking for a Founder's Office Associate someone who's willing to jump into anything that helps the company grow.

You'll work directly with the Founder on a mix of strategy and execution across all three portfolio companies. This isn't a routine role it's for someone who likes figuring things out, building systems, and making things happen.

• Sales & Growth: Help with outreach, lead generation, proposals, and managing the sales pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Hiring & Talent Ops: Source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and improve our recruiting systems.
• CRM & Process Management: Maintain and optimize our internal CRMs and automation tools (HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Operations: Create workflows, track key metrics, and help streamline internal communication and reporting.
• Strategy: Support the Founder in planning growth initiatives, partnerships, and experiments for each business line.

• 24 years of work experience in startups, consulting, or any high-responsibility role
• Strong communication and research skills
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and CRM platforms
• Willing to work across functions (sales, ops, HR, product) no task too small or too big
• Curious, resourceful, and execution-focused
