Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will support the executive team by streamlining operations, managing strategic initiatives, and overseeing critical projects. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental efforts, assisting in high-level decision-making, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a key advisor to the leadership team. The position also involves liaising with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and business analysis
• CA or investment banking experience prefered
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in a similar strategic or operational leadership role is preferred
