Job Title: Fractional CMO
Location: Ludhiana (On-site)
Employment Type: Part-Time (Approx. 2 Hours per Day),5 days a week
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to provide strategic marketing leadership on a part-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for developing and guiding the company's marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving business growth while working closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing, lead generation, and demand generation campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with revenue objectives.
- Guide and mentor the internal marketing team or external agencies.
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or CMO.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and growth marketing.
- Experience working with startups or growing businesses is preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a Fractional CMO, Marketing Consultant, or Advisor.
- Experience in B2B, professional services, or consulting industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
