Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead Qode Advisors LLP's marketing function. The CMO will be responsible for brand building, demand generation, positioning our financial services offerings, and driving business growth across PMS.
This role requires a strong blend of strategy, leadership, data-driven marketing, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and strengthen the Qode brand across digital and offline channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms
Growth & Demand Generation
- Drive qualified lead generation for PMS.
- Design and execute campaigns for client acquisition and retention
- Track ROI and optimize marketing spends
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing, content, SEO, social media, and performance campaigns
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to scale reach and engagement
- Use analytics and dashboards to track campaign performance
Content & Thought Leadership
- Build thought leadership for founders and leadership team
- Oversee content for LinkedIn, website, presentations, and investor communication
- Align marketing content with compliance and regulatory standards
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead the marketing team (internal + external partners)
- Collaborate with founders, IR, and operations teams
- Manage vendors, agencies, and budgets effectively
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, PMS, AIF, fintech, or investment advisory preferred
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B marketing
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
