POSITION OVERVIEW

Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Co-Founder

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Full-time)

Equity + Capital Contribution Role (Not a salaried employment position)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a CMO as a Co-Founder to build, scale, and lead the brand as we enter our next phase of growth. This is not a regular employment role. It requires ownership mindset, capital investment, and full-time commitment.

Ecoop has proven productmarket fit, patented technology, active revenue, and a clear expansion roadmap across D2C, B2B, retail, and global markets. The CMO will own the entire growth engine and brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute brand strategy, growth marketing, and go-to-market plans
  • Build Ecoop into a category-defining hydration & clean water brand
  • Lead performance marketing, content, community, PR, and partnerships
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV growth
  • Establish industry partnerships, influencer networks, and distribution alliances
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team
  • Work closely with the founding team on fundraising, investor storytelling, and expansion strategy

Who We're Looking For

  • Brilliant marketer with a proven track record of building and scaling brands (startup or growth-stage preferred)
  • Strong industry connects across marketing, media, retail, fitness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Deep understanding of D2C, brand building, and growth loops
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Enabler mindset can open doors, attract talent, and accelerate momentum
  • Age: 40 years or below

Mandatory Requirements

  • Capital investment is compulsory (details discussed mutually)
  • Full-time involvement only
  • Willingness to operate as a co-founder, not an employee
  • High ownership, long-term vision, and risk appetite
