Compensation and benefits / Rewards
- Execute annual and cyclical compensation processes including salary review, bonus/incentive payouts, and corrections.
- Support design translation into execution for reward frameworks, ensuring governance and consistency across the organization.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of incentive schemes, sales incentives, and variable pay plans.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to employee costs.
- Drive governance and documentation of reward policies, processes, and approvals.
Workplace Benefits Management
- Own end-to-end administration and governance of workplace benefits programs across the organization (including insurance, wellness, financial and lifestyle benefits).
- Manage annual renewals, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization of benefits programs.
- Ensure effective implementation and communication of benefits to drive employee awareness and utilization.
- Monitor benefits utilization trends and generate insights to improve design and effectiveness.
Payroll & Compliances
- Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined controls and governance frameworks.
- Ensure accuracy in Time & attendance management as well as data entry across the organization.
- Review payroll inputs, outputs, and Full & Final Settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strengthen payroll processes, internal controls, and documentation to minimize risks and errors.
- Contribute to process improvements, update documentation and perform other activities to continuously improve the payroll function.
- Oversee management of attendance exceptions, reversals, and incentive calculations in line with policies.
- Ensure seamless coordination with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders for efficient payroll delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payroll, statutory dues, and third-party payments.
- Oversee statutory compliance including registrations, filings, and regulatory requirements.
- Review payroll reconciliations, GLs, and financial reporting (including JV processing and validation).
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll data/reports to Finance, statutory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely payment of all payroll & Statutory related payments and reconcile monthly/ quarterly tax filings.
- Oversee payroll funding requirements in coordination with Treasury.
Vendor/Stakeholder management
- Manage relationships with payroll, compliance, and benefits vendors to ensure service excellence and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, HRBPs, Admin, and IT for seamless operations.
Audit management
- Lead payroll and compliance audits, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely closure of audit queries.
- Strengthen internal controls and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Employee Experience Management
- Drive a structured and proactive approach to employee query management.
- Provide expert resolution for complex and sensitive payroll, rewards, and benefits-related matters.
- Develop proactive communication frameworks (FAQs, advisories, dashboards) to enhance transparency and employee understanding.
Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel Skills
- Advanced Excel & Macro writing skills preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capability
- Knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, rewards and benefits frameworks
