Chief Manager - Education and Training

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and implement EVS curriculum, pedagogy, and training modules across SEL partner schools
• Conduct teacher inductions, continuous professional development, and lesson observations
• Provide academic and operational support for setting up new K-12 schools
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with SEL vision and smooth project execution

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school leadership to plan curriculum and staffing
• Manage school audits, academic calendar, and infrastructure requirements
• Liaise between SEL and schools for policy, HR, IT, admin, and marketing support
• Stay updated on educational trends and ensure schools adopt global best practices
