Job Description

  • Understand customer order and oversee timely preparation and accurate technical specs.
  • Contribute towards achieving company objectives by ensuring mechanical designs are submitted with minimal iterations.
  • Respond to any form of non-conformities such as PHN, QHN in a timely manner to mitigate risk of not meeting objectives.
  • Creation of company critical SOPs to minimize non value adding activities and streamline the process for speed and efficiency.
  • Propagate usage of available technology tools to avoid duplication of work and to enhance visibility of information to participants in the process.
  • Contribute towards identifying multiple varieties and find ways for standardizing key products.
  • Collaboratively achieve project throughput target through design contributions.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Oversee adherence to 5S procedures and recommend and invite ideas towards improvements.
