Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, Charter Accountants, business owners, and professionals
- Work on corporate leads.
- Promote corporate insurance solutions such as:
- Keyman Insurance
- EmployerEmployee Benefit Plans
- Group & Corporate Life Insurance
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and policy issuance
- Focus on business development and conversions.
Compensation Structure
- First 3 Months:
- Result-oriented / performance-based payout
- Post 3 Months:
- Ex-gratia payout up to 75,000 per month, based on performance and business results
Earnings are directly linked to performance, with strong income potential (upto 2Lakh Per Month) corporate business team bulding and team manage.
