Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function of our fast-paced IT organization in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
  1. Talent Management:
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning.
  1. Employee Engagement and Culture:
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure equity and compliance in rewards strategies.
  1. HR Operations and Compliance:
  • Optimize HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  1. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
  • Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Develop metrics to track progress and impact.
  1. Technology and Innovation:
  • Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive decision-making and measure HR impact.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR management, organizational development, and change management.
