Role Description

We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to oversee and lead all facets of the HR department. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, creating and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, leading talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and overseeing performance management processes. The candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with executive leadership to align human resources practices with the company's sustainability-driven mission and business goals.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, HR Policies, and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in Talent Management and Performance Management practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligning with organizational goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
• Experience in a manufacturing or sustainability-focused organization is preferred
