Group CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) Radical Minds Group (RM + RMT)

Location: Gurgaon, India (WFO | Preferred: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR)

Reporting To: Co-Founder & Executive Director (day-to-day)

Dotted Line: Founder & Group Managing Director

Works Closely With: Chief Operating Officer (daily execution alignment)

Industry: BPO/Contact Center + IT Services / AI-ML Products

This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct accountability for building a scalable hiring engine with strong cost discipline, and strengthening governance, culture, and performance across the Group.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Group CHRO to lead the complete HR gamut for Radical Minds Group (RM + RMT). This is a high-ownership CXO role responsible for Talent Acquisition, Bulk Hiring, ER, Engagement, HR Ops, HRMS, Compliance, Performance Management, Governance, and Leadership/Succession planning across multiple locations and business units. The CHRO is expected to run a structured governance cadence and publish board/CXO-ready HR dashboards with clear POA and measurable outcomes.

Because Radical Minds operates a high-scale contact center environment where hiring is continuous, we will evaluate candidates very strongly on their Recruitment/Bulk Hiring capability with strong TAT discipline and cost governance, while also expecting solid strength across all other HR domains.

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (High priority)

  • Own end-to-end hiring for BPO + support functions + leadership roles, and enable hiring for RMT Engineering (tech/product/data roles)
  • Build a predictable hiring engine: sourcing mix, assessments, selection standards, TATs, offer-to-join conversionwhile maintaining strong cost discipline.
  • Manage vendor ecosystem (when required) with strict governance and ROI discipline
  • Ensure readiness for rapid ramp-ups, seasonal spikes, and multi-location scaling

2) Employee Relations (ER), Engagement & Culture

  • Own ER end-to-end: discipline, grievances, policy adherence, stability across sites
  • Build engagement programs with measurable impact on attrition and productivity
  • Strong control on IR-sensitive situations with maturity and fairness

3) HR Operations, HRMS & Compliance

  • Drive HR ops governance: onboarding, exits, attendance discipline, documentation, audits
  • Improve HRMS adoption, data hygiene, and reporting accuracy across locations
  • Ensure statutory compliance discipline and process rigor

4) Performance Management & Leadership Capability

  • Implement KPI-based performance management: goals reviews improvement plans outcomes
  • Build capability programs for TL/AM/Manager layers and leadership bench strength
  • Drive succession planning and internal mobility wherever possible

5) Budgets, Dashboards & Board-Level Reporting

  • Own HR budgets with ROI logic: manpower planning, hiring cost, engagement budgets, productivity levers
  • Build and present leadership dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Must be strong in Excel + PPT to present numbers, insights, glide paths, and POA to Founder/CXOs/Board

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 25+ years overall HR experience (preferred), with senior leadership exposure
  • Strong BPO/Contact Center HR experience (Domestic is mandatory); international exposure is a plus
  • Proven bulk hiring track record at scale (monthly hiring numbers) with strong offer-to-join conversion and TAT discipline.
  • Proven ability to handle multi-location HR and high-scale bulk hiring
  • Strong hands-on capability across Recruitment, ER, Engagement, HR Ops, HRMS, Compliance
  • Excellent in Excel + PPT, comfortable presenting to CXOs/Board
  • Humble, grounded, team-first, high ownership, and execution-driven
  • Must be willing to work WFO from Gurgaon (not a flexi/remote/hybrid role)

Role Level / Compensation

This is a Group CHRO role. Final compensation and structure including designation will be based on the candidate's existing/previous profile/experience and Founder's discretion.
