Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Human Resources Officer located in Surat. The Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee all aspects of the organization's human resources strategy and operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, fostering strong employee relations, driving talent acquisition and retention strategies, managing performance evaluation frameworks, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires a visionary leader who can align HR practices with organizational goals while focusing on employee development and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and Talent Management
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Performance Management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex organizational change initiatives
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a senior HR leadership role is highly desirable
