Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Chief Growth Officer to drive strategic business expansion across international, domestic, and institutional markets in the art and collectibles sector. This role focuses on revenue growth, premium client engagement, global partnerships, and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across export, domestic retail, and institutional segments
- Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies
- Build and manage relationships with global buyers, galleries, collectors, and institutions
- Identify new trade partnerships and distribution channels
- Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events
- Oversee export documentation, pricing, logistics, and trade compliance
- Manage high-value client negotiations and contracts
- Provide advisory on art acquisitions, valuations, and investments
- Collaborate with marketing teams on brand visibility and digital initiatives
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and revenue targets
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Business
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development (art, antiques, handicrafts, galleries, or heritage sectors preferred)
- Proven success in high-value sales and client portfolio management
- Strong knowledge of global art markets, valuation, provenance, and trade regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (India & international)
