We're Hiring: Chief Growth Partner KwikMedi
KwikMedi is building India's next-generation hyperlocal healthcare platform, enabling 30-minute medicine delivery through licensed pharmacies and pan-India lab test booking via trusted partners.
We're looking for a Chief Growth Partner to work directly with the founders and own growth from 01 and 110.
This is not a typical job. It's a leadership role with real ownership.
What You'll Own
Design and execute KwikMedi's end-to-end growth strategy (Gurgaon & West Delhi first)
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat usage
Build and scale hyperlocal growth channels (offline + online)
Work closely with pharmacy partners to unlock demand
Experiment, measure, iterate obsess over unit economics
Build early growth playbooks that scale city-by-city
Who We're Looking For
37 years experience in growth, business, or early-stage startups
Strong execution mindset you build, test, ship
Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one challenges
Data-driven but street-smart (hyperlocal execution matters)
Founder-level ownership mentality
