Role Summary
He/she will lead the overall financial strategy, governance, and performance management for Yabx. The role will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, financial discipline, and regulatory compliance across global fintech operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy, planning, and performance management aligned with business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, financial reporting, and audits.
- Manage capital planning, fundraising, and investor relationships.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or technology organizations preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, fundraising, and global finance operations.
- CA / MBA Finance / CPA or equivalent.
