Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience: 10–20 Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners to 15 days

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong

background as a Chartered Accountant (CA). The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance and accounts department

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations

Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund management

Handle tax planning, audits, and compliance (GST, Income Tax, etc.)

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Board

Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements

Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices

Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Continuous follow ups of the projects works and status.

Handling Audit Committee and Board Meetings every quarter and updating on the company

performance, projects status to the Directors.

Preparation of Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated), Cash Flow statement,

Audit Report, Tax report and relevant reports and documents.
