Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, compliance, and driving business growth through effective financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for real estate projects
- Manage cash flow, fund planning, and capital structuring for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Oversee project costing, feasibility analysis, and ROI evaluation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors
- Monitor and control financial risks and implement internal control systems
- Supervise accounting, taxation, and audit functions
- Drive cost optimization and profitability across projects
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management/board
- Support strategic decision-making and business expansion plans
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 1214 years of experience in finance, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate financials, project funding, and compliance
- Experience in handling large-scale projects and multiple entities
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in project finance and fund raising
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (RERA compliance)
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to manage stakeholders and lead finance teams
