Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Platonix

Platonix's CFO is both a visionary strategist and a hands-on steward, ensuring conscious finance is at the core of every decision. This role unites financial discipline with ambition to scale global impact, co-creating a future where profitability, wellbeing, and purpose are inseparable.

Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Lead capital raising efforts, identifying and engaging mission-aligned investors for both equity and strategic partnerships on a worldwide scale.
  • Represent Platonix with clarity and transparency to the board, investors, and external partners, communicating fiscal performance, compliance, and social/spiritual impact.
  • Organize roadshows and strategic presentations to attract, update, and retain global backers.

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Craft and monitor a long-term financial strategy fueling global expansion across OTT streaming, marketplaces, and large live wellness eventsbalancing growth, ethical sustainability, and regulatory adaptability.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align investments and fundraising with Platonix's soul-centric mission and social impact metrics.

Financial Operations & Analysis

  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and scenario modeling for multi-region businesses.
  • Guide the finance function to deliver accurate reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring strict conformity with international accounting standards and local regulatory obligations (India, Switzerland, USA, and other operational markets).
  • Lead development of robust, holistic wellbeing metrics that measure both financial and social impact across global markets.

Global Regulations, Risk Management & Compliance

  • Set and enforce rigorous internal controls, risk management, and compliance structures to safeguard data, assets, and stakeholder trust worldwide.
  • Address complex cross-border finance challenges such as international taxation, payment processing, and compliance for wellness products/services.
  • Monitor evolving frameworks (GDPR, ESG, SOX, AML, KYC) to ensure operations meet global and local standards and support proactive adaptation of Platonix's hybrid business models.

Complaint Resolution & Stakeholder Trust

  • Establish transparent mechanisms for financial complaint resolution involving users, partners, and investors; continually refine protocols to uphold trust and accountability globally.

Innovative Financial Stewardship

  • Drive adoption of financial technology and process automation for efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision making.
  • Advise on innovative, regulation-compliant monetization models for subscriptions, live events, marketplace, premium experiences, and analyticsreinforcing Platonix's wellbeing-first philosophy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years progressive international financial leadership in tech start-ups, OTT, global platforms, or mission-driven enterprises.
  • Advanced expertise in financial analysis, FP&A, and capital management for hybrid models (subscriptions, marketplace, live services).
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, cross-border compliance, and fundraising in high-growth global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of ESG, conscious investment, or impact finance strongly preferred.
  • Superior negotiation, communication, organizational skills; proven track record in building stakeholder trust, handling complaints, and aligning finance with mission.
  • Values-driven leader passionate about profitability with wellbeing and purposefor people, partners, and the planet.
