Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, providing strategic direction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong financial leader who can guide the company through growth and change while maintaining fiscal integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and auditing requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
- 5-15 years of experience in financial management or a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in India.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with executive management and stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
