Role Description

-Partner with the CEO & Board on strategy, capital allocation, and value creation

-Lead end-to-end finance: controllership, FP&A, business finance, treasury, and compliance

-Drive enterprise-wide FP&A rigor budgeting, forecasting, and performance management

-Build strong business finance partnerships to improve margins, ROI, and decision-making

-Strengthen governance, controls, and financial reporting standards

-Lead finance transformation systems, automation, and scalable processes

-Manage large, multi-layered teams across businesses and geographies

-Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies at scale

-Interface with Board, auditors, lenders, and key external stakeholders

Qualifications

-Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

-20+ years of experience with large Indian Consumer Companies

-Proven experience across-Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, Finance Transformation

-Strong exposure to multi-entity, multi-business structures

-Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on, strategic leader

-Experience managing large teams and influencing CXO/Board stakeholders
